Who we are.
We met early in our clinical training and quickly discovered a shared passion for helping people navigate the challenges of addiction and mental health. Working together in the field, we found that our combined experience, perspectives, and approaches created something greater than the sum of its parts, allowing us to provide even stronger support for our clients. Inspired by this, we built our practice to create a space where clients feel truly heard, supported, and guided on their journey toward healing, clarity, and growth, meeting them where they are at. We are here when you are ready. We look forward to connecting with you.
All the best,
Jennifer & Lisa

Beyond Credentials.
While training and experience are important, we believe the most meaningful work happens when expertise is paired with authenticity, compassion, and genuine human connection.
The theories, techniques, and training matter, but what often matters most is the relationship itself—one person sitting with another, offering understanding, support, and a space to grow.
