New York Mind Mental Health Counseling, PLLC

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care.

At New York Mind, we believe in transparency and want you to feel informed and comfortable when beginning therapy.

What This Means

  • Group therapy or workshops (if applicable)

What to Expect

  • Your fees will be discussed with you prior to starting treatment

  • A Good Faith Estimate will outline the cost per session and expected frequency of care

  • If your needs or treatment plan change, your estimate may be updated

If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.

You can submit a dispute through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) within 120 days of receiving the bill.
